Site Clearing & Excavation
When You Need A Clean Slate
Demolition services in their more traditional definition revolve around the controlled destruction, removal, and disposal of construction materials in order to prepare a property for new uses—whether that means new construction, repurposing, or other uses. At Clean-Out Solutions, we’ve handled all kinds of residential and commercial demolition, and bring that experience to every job.
We pride ourselves on being responsible, professional, enthusiastic wreckers and never sacrifice safety in what can be a very dangerous process. Our services also reach below ground, to include any subterranean excavation and disposal needs for issues including foundation removal, utility hardware removal (e.g. sewer or plumbing equipment), submerged structures, and more.
Our years of demo work have laid out the necessary steps, as well as the extra touches that make for superior work. Permits, utility evaluations and safety plans are all necessary. But making the effort to recycle stone and masonry materials, that’s our pleasure. We are confident that our suite of demolition services is all-encompassing, and that we can bring the manpower, tool power, and attitude to achieve success.
Demolition is much more than taking things apart—trust CleanOut Solutions to do the dirty work, and make sure that what’s left is ready for what’s next.
Services
Demolition and removal are a necessary aspect of any major construction or renovation project, prior to the erection of new structures or long-term improvements to property. Like many services, the specifics of demolition may vary widely by the nature of your plans for your property. We know that prior to breaking ground, or breaking walls, it’s vital to be clued-in to your ambitions and we will exhaust every effort to properly understand and convey your ideas.
Professional demolition services involve much more than bringing down walls. Proper evaluation, planning, and safety are all crucial for a successful project, and we don’t skip any steps. Both for the sake of our team, and for the long-term success of your project.

The fun one, you could say. It’s easier to destroy than it is to build, but like any professional engagement there’s a right way and a wrong way. Starting with a thorough site evaluation and clear understanding of how our services fit into your plan, we take the “measure twice, cut once” attitude and make sure that we’re on target. Once understood properly, we can assign the proper equipment, headcount, and timeline to provide for all of your needs.

Especially with residential demolition, there may often be a need for the removal of buried structures, such as oil or septic tanks, sewer mains, and other utility items. Leave it to us in coordinating with public utility companies, filing permits, and doing all due diligence in making sure that whatever you need gone, above ground or below ground, is properly addressed.

On the simple side of demolition services, and a frequent request from past customers, Clean-Out Solutions has taken down a number of sheds and exterior structures over the years. And when we say “simple side,” that’s still relative, believe us. Exterior structures such as sheds may present a variety of challenges, such as foundation quality, removal issues, and hazardous materials that may be kept on-site. No matter what’s inside your shed, we can get it, and the shed, out of your yard responsibly.

A specific form of demo excavation, oil tanks are a common and hazardous item in full-scale demolition and site preparation. Both because they are large, heavy structures located below ground, and because they contain, or have contained, hazardous petrochemicals. An empty oil tank and a full oil tank both have different considerations, and a wrong move can mean groundwater contamination, severely jeopardizing your property and the surrounding area. We’ve done it before, and we know how it’s done safely.
Our Process
As we said, there’s much more that goes into effective demolition than swinging a hammer. Though the considerations may vary, our general steps in any demo project include:
1. Inspection & Planning
Starting with a thorough inspection to understand your situation as it stands, we create a solid timeline and safety plan, incorporating any necessary hazards. We do not consider our planning phase complete until we are crystal clear on your needs and will do our best to cater to them.
2. Government Coordination
Once a plan has been made there are a lot of boxes to check. Public utilities, permits, and paperwork may not be glamorous, but they’re necessary. Coordinating with Pennsylvania One (8-1-1), your township, and utility providers, we make sure that everything squared away before anyone starts swinging.
3. Demolition
Working from top to bottom, our crew does what they do best and makes your problem disappear. Whether that means hand tools, excavators, dump trucks or commercial dumpsters, we can scale our footprint up or down to suit the job.
4. Disposal and Recycling
Once the structure has been brought down, that’s far from the end of it. You don’t want a pile of rubble and wire left over on your property, right? Coordinating with local waste removal sites, we manage every aspect of disposal including the recycling of stone, masonry, precious metals, and anything else that may be reused.
5. Finalization
After the site has been properly cleared, we make sure it’s as ready as can be for your next steps. Land grading, seeding, sod, and other techniques may be employed to finish the project. Once we’re through and gone, you’ll ask yourself, “what house?”
Within a margin of error, our team is able to completely disassemble and remove residential structures up to 3,000 square feet in one day. Additional needs may affect that timeline, such as excavation needs or significant land manipulation, but we can confidently remove structures up to 3,000 sq. ft. in one day’s work.
